How do I return a parcel?
Fill in all the fields of the form below, select the return and then click the “Order” button. Pack the order, securing it well and send it to our address.
After submitting the return order, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to the e-mail address provided. To order a return, you must provide the correct order number that is being returned and the correct e-mail address used when placing this order. All fields must be completed. In the case of cash on delivery orders, please provide the account number to which we are to refund the payment. In the case of card payment or quick transfer, the funds will be returned to the account from which the payment was made.
How to make an exchange?
Fill in all the fields of the form below, select “exchange of goods” and then click the “Order” button. Pack the products for exchange, secure them well and send them to our address.
Please provide information about the replacement product (product code, link) We will ship the new replacement product when we receive the replacement product. It is possible to exchange cashless – if the products are of the same amount. If the amount of the assortment exchanged is lower, we will refund the difference to your bank account. If, however, the amount is higher, the difference can be paid by bank transfer, via a payment link or cash on delivery. After placing the order, a confirmation of acceptance will be sent to the e-mail address provided. For the order, it is necessary to provide the correct order number, which is being exchanged, and the correct e-mail address used when placing this order.
